The problem

One search in four finds nothing

People who use the search bar have already decided to buy. It's your best-converting traffic, and the worst served.

Scorri · 4 schede

Customers search in their own words

They type “hoodie”. Your catalogue says “hooded sweatshirt”. No results.

Other markets need different synonyms

You wrote yours in English. Nobody ever wrote the German ones — and nobody tells you.

Twelve results, twelve different blues

Someone after navy gets all twelve, can't tell which is which, and buys elsewhere.

Nobody helps the undecided

In a shop an assistant would close the sale. Online they get a cold grid of filters.

It doesn't show in the search report. It shows in the revenue that never arrives.

The platform

Three ways to get your products found

Load the catalogue once. Switch on what you need, when you need it.

Scorri · 3 schede

AI search

It understands a phrase the way a customer would say it. Synonyms, typos and languages stop being a problem.

  • Fewer searches with no results
  • Same quality in every language

Image search

A customer uploads a photo and finds similar products in your catalogue. Colour included.

  • From photo to product
  • Tells the variants apart

Chat assistant

It knows the catalogue by heart, asks the right questions and takes the customer to the exact product.

  • Starts from what the customer needs
  • Only suggests products in your catalogue

Why us

Four differences that count

The market for e-commerce search is crowded. Here is where we are different.

Scorri · 4 schede

Image search as standard

Many competitors work on text only. With us the photo is built in.

Not just a bar: an assistant

Search and chat on the same catalogue. Two different ways of buying, both covered.

The infrastructure is ours, not rented

Data stays in Europe on servers owned by CodyCloud. No external AI vendor in the chain.

Built for people running several stores

Separate data and keys for every store, a single panel to run them from.

Data and control

Your data never leaves Europe

The question everyone asks before signing: where does my data end up? In Europe, on servers we own.

GDPR-compliant because your data doesn't travel around the world.

Scorri · 4 schede

Infrastructure we own

Our own servers in Europe, not capacity rented from someone else.

No external AI vendor

Processing never passes through third-party services.

Stores kept apart

Separate data, keys and settings for each one.

Predictable cost

A flat fee, not a rate that grows with your traffic.

Industries

Where a deep catalogue turns into a problem

The more variants and languages you have, the more traditional search drops.

Coloured marker pens and stationery on a desk, typical of a corporate gifting catalogue

Measured data

Corporate gifting and promotional products

Twelve colours of the same item, five languages, customers who describe the product instead of naming it.

Inside a clothing shop, with garments on hangers and on shelves

Image search

Fashion and clothing

The customer arrives with a picture in their head, or on their phone. Not with a product code.

A modern living room with a white sofa and a coffee table

Semantic search

Furniture, home and design

“Three-seater sofa in taupe linen” has to work as a query. Here, people buy a style.

Spanners and bolts laid out on a workbench

Accuracy on variants

Spare parts, tools and industrial supplies

An exact code and a rough description both have to work. Getting it wrong costs you a return.

A desk with a laptop and a product page open on screen

Multi-store management

Marketplaces and multi-brand retail

Every store kept apart, with its own data and its own keys. A single panel to run them all.

A cardboard shipping box with a warehouse label

B2B catalogues and distribution

Customers know what they want, but not what you called it. The chat narrows it down.

Plans

Pricing that follows your catalogue

A flat fee: no usage charges, no surprises at the end of the month.

Scorri · 3 schede

Catalogue products

The distinct product codes you load. If your variants are codes of their own, they count too.

Searches per day

How often people search in a day. Go over the limit and the service keeps running.

Connected stores

Each domain or brand is one store. Extra languages on the same store are not.

Frequently asked questions

The questions everyone asks us

What is StoreGentic?

StoreGentic adds two things to your online store: a search that understands what the customer is asking for, even when they type it in their own words and in another language, and a chat assistant that answers questions about your catalogue. Customers can also search from a photo.

It sits on top of the store you already run. It does not change your platform, and it leaves your cart, payments and orders untouched.

How does StoreGentic AI search work?

StoreGentic reads your catalogue — names, descriptions, attributes and images — and builds a map of what it all means. When a customer searches, the platform compares the query against that map, merges the results with classic keyword search and reorders them to put the most relevant first.

In practice, someone searching for “water bottle to print our logo on” finds the insulated bottles in your catalogue, even though those exact words appear nowhere in it.

Can customers search using a photo?

Yes. The customer uploads an image — a photo they have taken, a screenshot, a picture one of their own customers sent them — and StoreGentic shows the products in your catalogue that look most like it, and it tells colour variants apart too.

It is the feature that makes the biggest difference in sectors where people buy with their eyes: corporate gifting, fashion, furniture, spare parts.

Do I have to rebuild my site or move to another e-commerce platform?

No. StoreGentic works alongside the store you already have and does not touch your catalogue, cart, checkout, payments or orders. It replaces the search experience only, and keeps the look of your site.

Where is my data held? Is StoreGentic GDPR-compliant?

In Europe, on infrastructure CodyCloud owns. StoreGentic is a cloud service: it is not installed on your servers, but your data does not pass through third-party infrastructure or external artificial intelligence providers either.

Your catalogue and your customers' searches are never used to train shared models and never mixed with data from other stores. Each store is isolated, with its own access keys.

How much does StoreGentic cost?

The price depends on three things: how many products your catalogue holds, how many searches a day it receives and how many stores you want to connect. That is the logic behind our plans, from a single store to a group with several retail brands.

We are finalising the price lists right now. Get in touch and we will give you the price for your case: that figure, and nothing else at the end of the month.
