About us
StoreGentic was built inside CodyCloud, an Italian company that keeps business IT systems running and secure.
CodyCloud designs, runs and protects company IT systems: managed hosting, private cloud, monitoring and incident response, compliance consulting. That is the trade we come from, and it is why we do not treat “where does my data end up” as a detail to be buried in a contract annex.
An online store with a deep catalogue, five languages and an internal search that could not do its job. We built what it took to fix it, put it into production and measured it. Then we realised everybody had the same problem.
We do not resell somebody else’s artificial intelligence and we do not rent computing power from the big American clouds. StoreGentic runs on our own servers, in Europe. The thinking behind it is simple: your catalogue is yours, and it should not have to pass through three suppliers to be read.
Approach
When we talk about results we show you the dashboard and the period it covers. If we do not have a figure, we say so.
We would rather you saw the search working on your own catalogue before you commit. It is quicker than talking you into it.
We are a small Italian company. The person who answers you is the one who knows your installation.
