Questions about the plans
How much does StoreGentic cost?
The price depends on three things: how many products your catalogue holds, how many searches a month it receives and how many stores you want to connect. That is the logic behind our plans, from a single store to a group with several retail brands.
Every plan carries the same features, free tier included: what changes is the volume. You start on the Free plan, at € 0. Paid plans run from € 79 a month to € 690, plus a one-off activation fee; above them sits Platform, from € 1,290. The full price list, with the limits of each tier, is on the pricing page.
How long does it take to go live?
Going from a connected catalogue to a first working search takes a few hours, not weeks.
With the native plugin the catalogue moves on its own: you install it and the plugin sends it. Without a plugin you upload a file in JSON, TSV or Google Merchant Feed format — the feed you already export for Google Shopping works too.
Adding the widget to your site is a short job for whoever looks after the design of your store.
What happens if I go over the searches included in my plan?
The service does not stop. We tell you when you are getting close to the threshold and work out together whether the next plan up makes sense: we would rather agree on the move than surprise you with a charge at the end of the month.
How do you count the products in my catalogue?
We count the distinct product codes you load, variants included if you manage them as separate codes. If your catalogue holds many variants of the same model, tell us how it is put together: we will go through it with you before we recommend a plan.
